经过XX年那场紧张而沉重的无硝烟战斗,我们迈着轻松而愉快的脚步步入大学的大门,相对于高中忙碌与严格的学习,大学的丰富的课余时间与轻松的课程让我开始迷茫,不知何去何从,有时就在想:“明天开始努力吧!”可每次醒来后却不知如何努力,这时,我需要职业计划来指引我前进方向。

确定努力的方向之前,首先应该认识自我,避免走错方向,通过360度评估,在父母眼里,我是个乖巧的的孩子;在老师眼里是个勤奋好学的学生与认真负责的班干;在同学眼里是个直率、活泼、乐于助人的伙伴;在邻居眼里我是个勤劳懂事的人。我一个热情开朗、外向坦率、执着追梦的女孩,以“阳光总在风雨后”为信条,在自己的人生道路上不断地探索着。

“兴趣是最好的老师”,我对这句话深有感触。我最大的兴趣就是运动。所有人对此都表示惊讶与怀疑,我依然坚持自己的决定。经过两年的苦练,我成功的考入大学。所以面对职业选择时,应先了解自己的兴趣爱好。通过霍兰德职业测评法,知道自己的职业兴趣是sei型,喜欢社会沟通,管理事务,研究探索。

综合各种分析,我觉得自己更适合当老师,考虑到自身情况,我想毕业后回到乡下去当一名体育老师。随着社会经济的发展,人们生活水平的提高,更多人意识到身体健康的重要性,并且最近国家提倡全民健身运动,而对于那些想以后发展体育事业的孩子来说应从小培养。乡下的体育设施几乎没有,除了中小学学校有几个不规则的破篮球场和几个水泥乒乓球桌,再无其他设施了。而乡下的体育课纯粹只是个形式,只是上下课集合一下,并未教任何有用的东西。我想改变那种现状,我要让那些孩子体验到上体育课的乐趣,让他们在那种应试教育的情况下学会放松自己,劳逸结合。为了这个目标的实现,我制定了以下几个小目标:

短期目标:扩展和加强专业知识,顺利拿到篮球裁判证,教师资格证并且走上教师岗位。

中期目标:在所在的工作单位提出增加体育课的节数和体育设施建设方案并努力争取获得实施权。

远期目标:推广中期目标,带领大家发展全民健身运动,增加公共的体育设施。

为了这些目标和职业的实现我必须做到:

1、认真学习。学习永远是第一位的,作为学生,学习好是所有事的本钱,作为大学生,有了更多的精力和时间参加更多的活动,生活固然丰富多彩,但更应该重视学习,处理好学习与工作,学习与活动的关系。学习目标的实现要使自己在知识和能力上都有进步。

2、认真的等待专业知识与训练:专业课要学好,包括术科、理论、扩充课外知识。这是当老师的基本要求。

3、保持良好的交接关系,这会成为以后工作的助力,并且朋友可以让我保持良好心情,而且作为一名老师,一定要学会如何与学生,同事,上级相处,所以,这很重要。

4、课余时间学习管理方面的知识。

“天有不测风云”。如果说由于某一环节出错导致无法当一名教师,那么我将选择的第二职业是:自主创业:开一家儿童服装店,在乡下几乎没有专门卖儿童服装的店,那些服装店只是顺带卖儿童装,并且款式也很老,随着生活水平的提高,人们也更加注重穿着打扮了,父母常会想:“以前自己是个孩子时衣服都穿不暖,现在我不但要让我的孩子穿暖,还要穿好穿漂亮,让其充满自信向前奔跑”,现在的儿童装越来越漂亮,而且小孩也爱美,所以我认为在乡下开一家儿童服装店也很有发展前途。

在15年的职业发展追求中,我要充满自信的去拼搏,去奋斗,不管成功与否,只要曾经努力过,就不后悔,我坚信:“阳光总在风雨后”。
